I recently went back to 2.8 64 bit from 3.0 I didnt like the long startup. Seems 2,8 starts up faster or atleast to me if feels quicker. I blame the confusing systemd thing. To avoid this I went 2.8 but now my wifi is giving problems as it seems to be dropping and coming back on. It happens all the time drops for a second and then comes back on.
Let me know if there is any other info required from me. I rememeber that it used to be a problem with a file that had more than one type competing for something and the router having trouble keeping the connection. It was so long ago I can hardly remember. What gets me is this is something that us linux users should not be having to deal with in 2016.
rant over.
