Well after trying LL 4.4 x64 it seems my laptop runs slower with it, and a slower boot up to. I'm also running 2 SSD's. So back to LL 3.8 x64 which runs really smooth and fast. So this thread can be closed, since I sent back my network card for a refund and will not be buying another one. 802.11ac is fast enough
