Desktop docker not loading

Hey guys my  entire docker on my system keeps not loading after I login every other login?? Do I need to reinstall??

I am not sure what you mean.  Which docker are you using that is not loading?

After login. Can't access anything deskbars are disappeared and none of my apps on the desktop are showing up.

I don't know if you installed a dock application like Plank, Docky, or Cairo, or if you inadvertently removed your panel (ie. Menu bar).  If it is the former, then uninstall and reinstall the dock application.  If it is the latter, you can right click, go to settings, and open the panel option.  Then you'll need to recreate the panel by adding items to it.  A previous post addresses that:  https://www.135978621.xyz/forums/other.../#msg46107
