not Internet access whith TP-Link TL-WN725N

Please help me,Internet not working on functioing WiFi adapter TP-LINK TL-WN725N V2.0!
I installed it now Linux Lite Os.5.2.Wired connection working but the Wi-Fi not!
Where find driver to the TL-WN725N usb.2 adaptor?

sudo apt install rtl8723eu-dkms

reboot.

Cannot add PPA: 'ppa:~linuxmint-tr/ubuntu/wireless-ppa'.
ERROR: '~linuxmint-tr' user or team does not exist.

I am sorry for it very much,but in Linux Lite 5.2 the wifi is out of order (TL-WN725N)

I installed it Linux Lite 4.8,and the wifi affects it!

It says there are, "only driver for Linux (kernel 2.6.18 ~ 4.4.3)"

You can check which Kernel you are using by entering in to your terminal this -

uname -r

If this shows your Kernel is higher number than 4.4.3 you will need to get a different dongle.
