I beleive they are hard coded by XFCE. You could create your own using .desktop files

Eg. for Home folder:

Code:
[Desktop Entry]

Name=Home Folder

Comment=Open your home folder

Exec=thunar /home/your-username

Icon=user-home

Terminal=false

Type=Application

Categories=Utility;Core;

where your-username is your login name.
