I don't think you have offended anyone. Let me put it to you this way, would you walk into a Publix Grocery Store and hold up a sign promoting Safeway? I would imagine common sense would have prevailed had you given this more thought before posting. With my analogy I'm not saying we are in competition with other distros, after all, it's about choice.
